TAB's new HARVEST FESTIVAL!
On Sunday, Oct. 28th TAB members will create a "Harvest Festival" complete with horse drawn hayrides, apple games, face painting, treats, library laser tag, a hay bale maze, contests and live music! Guitarist Randy Ferguson and musician Seth Hanson will be entertaining us from the south portico of the library!
The fun starts at 1 pm and goes until 3.
The contests: voting will be completed by 2:45
Bring a carved/decorated pumpkin to enter. There are three categories (and 3 prizes!)

JULY 26th, the day we draw the winners of the NOOKS.

Weekly total of pages read.
A total of 128 entries were turned in for the Thursday prize drawing! The total represents 38,400 pages read. WOW. All these slips will get combined with all the other weeks for the BIG drawing for the NOOKS at 2 pm Thursday, July 26th. You don't need to be present to win- we will find you! But if you would be there it would be a lot more fun and dramatic!!

TEEN Summer Reading starts NOW!!
OWN THE NIGHT
The 2012 Teen Summer Reading Program- created and sponsored by TAB!
This summer, from May 29th through July 26th,
read as many books, audiobooks, e-books, graphic novels and other forms of
literature as you can.
For each book you read, write down the title and the number
of pages in the log.
You get a prize for the first 300 pages you read every
week and will be entered into the weekly drawing. Read 300 additional
pages during the week and earn another entry into the drawing.
Weekly prize drawings will be held on Thursdays at 2pm.
Prizes include $5 coupons to local shops and Own the Night swag.
On July 26 all entries will be merged into one pool for the
GRAND PRIZE drawing. There will be 2 drawings for the GRAND PRIZE of a Nook
Simple Touch purchased by TAB. You don’t need to be present to win –
winners will be notified.
